Maintenance Requests

General Conditions

  • Screen malfunctions – charger docking stations – power button – exposure to water – improper use, are not covered by the warranty conditions. 
  • The Company is not responsible for the loss of any data, such as contacts and images, stored on the device during maintenance.
  • The maintenance receipt should be presented upon receiving the device. 
  • The Company bears no responsibility for any additional malfunctions after the maintenance document has been signed, therefore, it is important to ensure that the device is functioning properly upon receiving it. 
  • The warranty of any device serviced outside our maintenance centers shall be cancelled. 
  • Upon inspection, if the cost of repairing the malfunction is less than JD15, the device shall be  fixed without referring back to the customer.
