TAGITOP-PLUS Installment

Conditions for approving the financing transaction:
1. Presence of the customer (debtor) and guarantor.
2. Submitting valid proof of identification of both the customer and guarantor (ID or passport), according to the IDs approved in each country.
3. The customer or guarantor shall submit an employment certificate (recently issued original) that indicates the salary and that is stamped and signed by the issuer.
4. If the customer or guarantor is receiving a pension, they shall submit a certificate from the employer indicating the amount and they still receive it.
5. Reviewing all the supporting and required documents (dates, names, stamps, signatures, etc.)

 Process of payment and handing over the device:
1. The customer shall pay the first installment as a downpaymet.
2. An invoice shall be issued in the name of the customer, as indicated by the contract and ID.

3. The device shall be handed over to the customer, along with the receipt and customer’s copy of the invoice.
4. The customer shall receive a paper containing the Customer Service WhatsApp number and TAG-Tech account number with the Bank of Jordan, and a copy of the contract.
5. Opening an account for the customer in the accounting system, indicating the total amount and the payments received.

Process of payment of installments, collection, and follow-up
1. The customer shall pay the installments at the end of each month at the Shmeisani showroom.
2. The installment amount shall be deposited in TAG-Tech’s account with the Bank of Jordan and the deposit receipt shall be sent to the WhatsApp number.
3. The customer shall send a proof of payment.
